Past, Present, Future

I've been reading Tarot off and on for a year or so. I know it isn't necessarily a specific predictor of the future but I'm also into any help I can get in giving me focus or direction or some idea what the fuck is going on. So today I did a past, present, future reading for the new year.

Past: Ten of Swords (reversed)

Present: The Tower

Future: The Moon

The quick version of how I'm reading it is this:

Past: It's been a little sucky but not nearly as sucky as you're making it out to be, time to get over yourself.

Present: Revelations and changes soon to come crashing down on you.

Future: You aren't going to have a fucking clue what's going on and it's not going to be anywhere in the same country code as your comfort zone.

I'm totally willing to believe I'm being melodramatic about the troubles and issues of the past. I'm sort of looking forward to some flashes of insight. The future, however, is scaring the piss out of me. Which is pretty much how I always feel.

I'm open to interpretation from others, though.

  1. The only thing I'd be concerned about is a future on the moon. On the other hand, it might, once again, come down to who gets there first. Thanks for the tip.
I've always wanted to learn more about Tarot (really).
By the way, is there another transit strike in the cards?

  2. Well actually, yeah, I do think there could be another strike in the cards. I thought so as soon as the first one folded so quickly. (I know, didn't seem quick and yet...) I still find Toussaint kinda nutty and the agreement didn't sound like it lived up to much of what he was demanding. Regardless I'm headed back to work today and I'll be using public transport. Here's hoping it'll be easy to get home.

  3. Sounds like some big changes are coming your way and it will just take a while before its all made clear. Its always nice to have the 10 of Swords in the past, the hard parts over.
