Chili convinced me to sign up for Google Reader.

I know this doesn't seem like it relates to the comic but it will if you're patient.

Google Reader is an RSS feed. Now, if you don't know what that is you really don't want me explaining it to you but I'll try. It's a site where you tell it all the blogs you read and it checks them for you to see if they've updated. So you go to the feed's site and it shows you a list of which of "your" sites have updated. You have the option to read them through the RSS site or you can go straight to the blog itself (that's my personal choice but it's hard to comment and I have some issues and...you know, that's another post for another day).

My list of blogs is pretty long. It's not like 200 or anything but it's over 50 I'd wager. It'd take me about an hour to check them all, even when most hadn't updated. Now it takes perhaps half an hour if there are lengthy entries to be read. That's a whole extra half hour, at minimum, for me to do other productive things.

Except I don't.
