Used to be that when I clicked on an item in my reader it was not marked as read until I did it manually. I remember setting it up that way. I like it that way because I can check in, see if something is long or short, or if I get interrupted it's still on my list waiting to be read. Somehow that's changed and now any time I click on an item it gets marked as read without my consent but I can't find the place where I change it back. Anyone know where that is, please?

Mine has always marked them as read. I'm of no use to you.

Click "settings" in the top right, and for Scroll Tracking, make sure "in expanded view, mark items as read when you scroll past them" is unchecked.
