10 Things I Did This Weekend

1. Ate at a restaurant that was slightly out of my price range. It was handicapped accessible, though, so it was the only serious choice.

2. Went to the NY Historical Society for the first time.

3. Laundry.

4. Cleaned closets. Not my own.

5. Gossiped with a good friend.

6. Watched a good game of hockey between two teams I love.

7. Sent flowers to Aunt Rena on the occasion of her 94th birthday.

8. Talked to mom and Aunt Rena then mom then Aunt Rena then mom and so on and so on and so on, as part of the birthday celebrations.

9. Left class half an hour early to manage cresting frustration levels.

10. Became too hot outside in my winter coat. Yay!

  1. We have had a warm up here, too! Flip flops and short pants, possibly tank top weather!!! Glad you're getting too warm.

  2. OH MY GOD, I just saw the weeks forcast. we're dropping again. forties and fifties...with possible snow. Fraggle Rock.

well. I hope YOU are getting the warmth...

  3. Yeah, I'm back to wearing two pairs of pants again. Tomorrow will get up to 60 but then back down again. Low 40s for the weekend. It was a very short reprieve.

  4. Anonymous1:35 PM

Good on you for assisting someone with cleaning a closet - Chili and I have vowed to help the other, wielding stern orders and ruthlessness, to cull out the meaningless crap we might (HA!) have hiding in our homes. That kind of help is a gift.

  5. Nicely done! I washed my car, which was desperately needed.

  6. Spring is on the way!

    94. Still amazed from the birthday post you did about your Aunt Rena. 94. Mind boggling.

  7. JCK, it's a good effort, I'll give you that but in my family it's not record-breaking or anything. You have to beat 100 to break records.
