That's a lobsterbake. There are intricate layers of seaweed, lobster, sea water, corn on the cob, clams, potatoes, hot dogs and eggs under those towels, steaming up into deliciousness.
I'm not a fan of lobster or clams, but I could see how that would make many people's mouth's water ... until you mentioned the hot dogs and eggs, which just seem to be a really gross addition to the mix - even though I love eggs and was a fan of hot dogs in the past - they just don't seem to fit in a lobster bake. I guess you just have to be there :-)
Some people like the eggs, I guess. They aren't for me but they are also important in that they act as the cooking timer. When the eggs are done a certain way then the rest of the ingredients are done.
