    I wish I knew! Technically also it's from the 2nd Sunday of the month. We were at brunch at 10th Ave & 23rd Street and we saw it roll by. When we came out of the restaurant we saw it on the other side of the street with 2 people walking it along from the inside. Seemed to be made out of the metal tread you see on outdoor stairs.
