I talk a lot about how cool Halloween is in my neighborhood. It sounds as though I'm an authority, doesn't it? Well, it turns out that I've been missing out on as much as I've seen. On marathon Sunday I walked the long way home and found that Washington Avenue has yards and yards filled with jack-o-lanterns. Fab photo op. Next year I'll go when they're lit up and get the full effect.
