I just made a test batch of risotto and it's not bad. I think it's OK but I'm reluctant to trust myself. I think I'll bring some to Audio Girl at work tomorrow and see what she says. I sat down to eat a bit of it and started to watch Syriana. My thoughts are here. I'd love to hear yours.
