Take a Sharp Left

My weekend took a turn for the different yesterday when a friend sustained an injury that's limiting her mobility. So I've been sticking close to home helping her to heal a little. In the breaks I've processed photos and moved furniture and even climbed out my window to lay a sound dampening device (a $5 welcome mat) on the air conditioner. Nothing too terribly exciting just things that needed doing.

So instead, you tell me, what have you been doing for excitement this weekend?

    my weekend started today...exhausted from the 14 hour saturday, i slept in. Brunch with Roger and Ma. Home to digest. Dishes. Laundry. Fold laundry and put away. Talk to friend in Hawaii. Text a few. Lay on couch. Watch Buthers Wife. Strategy session for the comedy show with Doug Benson tomorrow that I'm bartending. Shopping for welcome baskets for the comic's hotel rooms. taco bueno. looking at stragglers from the Pride parade/festivities. now home to hopefully sleep. Tomorrow is running around getting stuff ready. hoping to squeeze in a grocery store trip too!
