Things I have prepped to eat this week. From front to back a pea and bean mixture, shrimp in peanut sauce, an assload of cherries, cucumbers and tomatoes. What are you planning to eat in the coming days?

Just got back from the grocery store... Got steak to make my husband the steak & cheese sandwich he was craving at lunch and chicken to make barbeque style later in the week. And poptarts.
ReplyDeleteOne of my boys was craving homemade chili, so that's what's on the stove tonight. Tomorrow -- something cold because it's hot here!
ReplyDeleteCantaloupe mixed with agave, mint and sesame seeds. Tabbouleh with cucumbers from my garden and sandwiches made with a chickpea spread I kind of invented.

leftovers, and more leftovers ... watermelon, lentil salad, veggie potato salad, beer, lemonade, lots o' sangria, and burgers. i love not thinking about making food for a few days :).
